Is Ukraine safe? Will it be safe to go on a tour to Ukraine?
Currently, Ukraine is struggling with armed conflicts, which is why tourist travel is limited. Our tours will only be launched after the situation has fully stabilized and it has been confirmed that traveling around the country is safe. We will cooperate with the relevant services and monitor the situation on an ongoing basis. Tourist safety is our priority.
When will you start organizing tours to Ukraine?
Our tours to Ukraine will be launched after the war ends and the situation in the country stabilizes. We will constantly monitor the situation and inform you about the planned dates.
What are the conditions of participation?
Conditions of participation will include, among others, possession of a valid passport, optional travel insurance and fulfillment of any visa requirements, if introduced. Details will be provided at the time of launch of reservation.
How to book a tour?
From our offer, select the trip and date that interests you, click book and fill out the form with your personal data. After making the reservation, you will receive a contract along with payment terms and annexes to the contract to the email address you provided. The contract is in electronic form, so you do not send it back to us. You should read the terms of the contract and make the payment. As soon as the transfer is credited to our account, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Can minors take part in tours to Ukraine?
No, our tours are intended for adults only.
How to prepare for a tour to Ukraine?
About a month before each tour, we send an email with the most important organizational issues. We send instructions on the required documents, and then we send the remaining details. Additionally, before the tour we also set up a group on FB, so that you can get to know each other a little earlier :)
Where do we travel to Ukraine from?
We travel to Ukraine from Warsaw in Poland and back to Warsaw. Participants of the Ukraine tours organize their own transport to Warsaw and back home.
Is there a tour guide with us on tours to Ukraine?
Yes, from the moment we leave Warsaw, participants in tours to Ukraine are accompanied by a tour guide who knows Ukraine, the post-war realities, participated in the war and has extensive knowledge about Ukraine.

What means of transport will be used during the trips?
The tours will be carried out in comfortable coaches or minibuses, if possible we will also use local transport, e.g. metro
What are the baggage limits for tours to Ukraine?
The exact weight will be confirmed in the organizational email, but for bus trips there are usually no strict guidelines regarding the weight of baggage, but please make sure that the baggage is not too heavy. Due to the touring nature of the trips, you often have to move around with this baggage. We recommend packing in a comfortable backpack :)
