a) in order to fulfil the contract for the provision of travel services. We process this data by
the time necessary for the performance and settlement of the contract.
b) in order to enable us to contact you in response to an enquiry/offer request by email, as
well as by telephone, sms/mms, depending on which form of communication you have
consented to. As a general rule, we process this data for the purpose and for the duration
required to take the steps necessary for the conclusion of the contract, and in other cases -
based on your consent - until your consent is withdrawn, but no longer than until it is clear
to us that the conversations with you have been closed/the purpose of the processing has
been fulfilled.
c) for analytical purposes (better matching of our services to the needs of our customers,
general optimisation of our products, optimisation of our service processes, building of
knowledge about our customers) being the realisation of our legitimate interest in this. The
data collected for the aforementioned purposes will be processed for the period necessary
to fulfil the purposes of the processing, but no longer than until you lodge an effective
objection.
d) for the purpose of sending you marketing (newsletter) and commercial content

no longer than until the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled.
